Interviewer: Before we end the interview, do you have any questions for me?
Bill: Yes, I do. I am curious about the company's expectations. So, what do you expect from me in my first three months?
Interviewer: Since you would be joining as an entry-level employee, the company would not expect a lot from you during the first three months. For the first three months, new entry-level employees complete the company's training program. They learn everything they need to know about working at our company, and they start to get familiar with the work that they will be doing on a day-to-day basis.
Bill: I see. And would I be doing any work on my own during that time?
Interviewer: No. Everything done during the first three months is supervised by an experienced staff member from the team. We think that this allows the new employee to get comfortable with our company and their work. We do not want to overwhelm them with too much work right off the bat.
Bill: I understand. Thank you for answering my question. I don't have any other questions.
Interviewer: Great. It was a pleasure meeting you. I will contact you soon.
